Every month Ida, Lucille and Doris meet at Ida's flat for the Cemetery Club. After tea they all go to the cemetery to remember the good times and gossip with their husbands, but one day they meet Sam, the butcher, at his wife's grave and he changes their lives forever. Sparks begin to fly as both Ida and Lucille decide to make a play for him with Doris left to try and maintain the status quo.
